Lazy Lake Days

The first trip to the lake this year was actually in April but we got ON the water this second trip. I emphasize ON because we did not get IN the water. Too cold!! And Wesley does not like cold water. She did really enjoy her water table and especially the swing and wagon! We are looking forward to going back and swimming soon!  In just a few short years, lake trips will not be so lazy but probably full of tubing, knee boarding, skiing, wake boarding, swimming, jumping off Nana and Papaw's boat, etc. I remember those days!

I am a sucker for a baby in a bikini! And not just because it's adorable but it's so functional! They make it so easy for a diaper change. On a boat. In the heat. 

Aren't these pictures great from Mrs. Helen??? We have some pretty cute babies, huh?

I am also a sucker for pictures of a napping baby! Wesley is not a fan of her life jacket though.  Get used to it baby! You and your life jacket are going to be good friends for the next several years!
