Morning Pictures

Some folks wake early in the morning to get a first look at the sunrise. Some of these folks are even up early to get a good picture of it all.

I, on the other hand, wake earlier than the sunrise four days per week for work. Although sunrises can often be breathtaking, I am not anxiously waiting on this for a picture. I am anxiously waiting on my morning picture from Daddy.  Wesley, since you were 13 weeks old and I returned to work, your Daddy has sent either a picture or video of you each of my working mornings.
They always bring a smile to my face and usually make me anxious to get back home to pick you up from Mimi's.
Sometimes your Nana comes over in the mornings to allow your Daddy to leave the house earlier.  I know she cherishes these mornings with you!  She is so great to also send us a picture or three!!

How cute are you in the AM?!?!?

Here is a compilation from Daddy.
I can't take credit for any of these sunrise pictures but your Daddy and Nana need lots of credit for making me smile while I make my work days!  Their pictures are more priceless than a sunrise pic...even one from the beach!

Go Hogs Go!

We went to Fayetteville this weekend to root the Hogs to another victory. It was a "cupcake" team as your Poppa might say but so much fun nonetheless!

This was your second game Wesley and Reagan and Madison's first. I think it was a great time for all three of you! The Wells family hosted us again in their suite.

You spend a lot of your time playing with all of the other little girls...things like Ring Around the Rosie, front rolls, gymnastics, peek a boo, etc.

How's that view Wesley?? The loud cannon and fireworks didn't bother you at all. Keep 'em coming!
It's too bad you all cooperated for this picture and the lighting did not. This is you, Ellison, Madison, Rivers, Reagan and Ruby. Cute, cute!

And what's a trip to NWA without some shopping?? Of course we made it to Cabela's! But Momma got to hit some of her favorite places too. You scored some new digs as well!

Not a tractor but you're Daddy would love it if you would ask Santa for a new tractor. You do love Tec the Friendly Tractor and have been saying tractor for some time now. I'm not sure this is approved for a 20 month old though!

Finally a good picture of you rolling and twisting your tongue! You and your Daddy's best trick!
I love you two Hog fans!!!

Summer 2014 Wrap-Up

Let’s do a summer wrap-up post, what do you say, Wesley??  You will enjoy seeing these posts one day I hope!

I really wish I had taken notes or kept a journal of all our summer adventures but maybe next summer….

I did really enjoy all of our time together!  You really grew over the summer and are just like a little sponge. You are learning sooo much!  And we can never say that you aren’t listening because I know you hear and understand every word we say.  You still talk non-stop in your own language and this still surprises everyone.  It is really cute!

I can really see that you grew from the first picture posted to the last.  We made several trips to lake Ouachita and Lake Norrell.  We took a vacation to Anna Maria Island, FL.  We celebrated lots of family birthdays.  We did landscaping and got some new sod for our yard.  We did lots of swimming and swinging..two of your favorite summer past times.  You really enjoyed picking and eating several green apples with Poppa Wayne too.  We even got to go to the circus.  You go through every single drawer and cabinet, along with the pantry so that keeps us on our toes.  We fought off a summertime cold a couple of times and even got a few more teeth!  You really enjoyed summertime and being outside so we look forward to next summer.  Let’s hope the weather is as mild and pleasant as it was this summer!

Now we are looking forward to all things fall that make us smile.  Like Razorback football, pumpkin spice scented candles, and Halloween!  We are going to Fayetteville in a couple weeks for your second ever Razorback game.  That reminds me, we need to brush up on your Hog Call!
